HiPCO® membranes are a high performance filtration membranes produced using HiPCO® Carbon Nanotube. The membranes work using the principle of a synthetic aquaporin. The refined production techniques at NoPo have enabled us to create designer membranes with excellent performance for drinking and waste water treatment.

With further developments, these membranes are capable of single molecule sorting. They could be used to extract raw materials from the oceans.
